This role is part of the Global Transition and Transformation (GTT) leadership team at Unisys. The GTT mission is to support sales and effectively transition sold business into Unisys, enabling operational delivery teams to meet commitments and deliver transformation outcomes. This leadership role oversees a team of Transition and Transformation Managers across the Americas, ensuring delivery compliance, effective escalation, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. The lead is also responsible for sales support, performance management, resource allocation, and team development.
Must Have

- Strong experience with Digital Workplace Solutions and Cloud Applications
- Proven certification in Product/Service Management

What success looks like in this role:
Overview
This important role is part of the Global Transition and Transformation (GTT) leadership team.
GTT Mission is to support the sales engine and effectively Transition sold business into Unisys, enabling our operational delivery teams to meet our commitments while laying the groundwork for, and then delivering the transformation delivery outcomes
GTT employs a regional portfolio governance model overlaid across globally focused horizontal capabilities.
This role will lead a team of delivery leaders (Transition and Transformation Managers) across the USTZ, predominantly located in the continental United States and Mexico.
These delivery leaders are accountable for delivery of the assigned transition and Transformation Projects and Programs.
This leadership role is responsible for:
- Delivery of all Transition and Transformations across portfolio meeting all required KPI
- Ensure delivery compliance to methodology
- Ensure escalation is effective
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships across the organisation
- Facilitate effective communication between Transition teams, business units, and executive leadership
- Identifies positives and negative delivery trends and recommends actions to exploit and remediate as appropriate
- Champion best practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- For the DSS offering provides Global Portfolio control for Transition related activity working closely with the DWS Service Owner DSS offering Board
- Working with GTT Sales Support lead, build sales support capability focused on Primary areas (Planning and organisation, Verbiage, Client Orals)
- Where required, directly execute sales support activities
- Performance management of team, supporting them to succeed whilst increasing the overall capability and efficiency of the team as whole.
- Lead resource allocation and capacity planning for region of accountability
- Drive a connected and joined up team. There are no islands in GTT.
- Ensure team development plans are maintained and achieved, Our team members either grow or they stagnate, there is no middle ground.

Experience
- 10 years Transition and Transformation Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organisation. Including leadership of portfolio teams
- Deep Digital workplace, ITO, and Application services background
- Project and Program Management Accreditation (PMO, Prince2, MSP)
- Has demonstrable experience of Portfolio Management
- Has delivered using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience implementing and working with IT governance and compliance frameworks and operating models.
MUST HAVE:
- Experience with ITIL (version 4)

- Strong experience with Digital Workplace Solutions and Cloud Applications
- Proven certification in Product/Service Management
