Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in procurement to join our team on a contract basis. This role will support a large-scale procurement initiative, focusing on optimizing processes and implementing best practices throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.      Analyse current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement

2.      Develop and document procurement policies, procedures, and best practices

3.      Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs

4.      Create detailed business and system specifications for procurement-related projects

5.      Support the implementation and optimization of procurement systems and tools

6.      Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings

7.      Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations

8.      Facilitate workshops and training sessions on procurement processes and systems

9.      Support change management initiatives related to procurement transformations

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in procurement (ideal)
• Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle models and processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (C1)
