After launching Netflix with Ads in late 2022, we have continued to innovate our offering to better serve advertisers while continuing to provide a best-in-class experience to ad-tier subscribers. We are building a new Integrated Marketing business unit to support this endeavor. Our goal is to help advertisers connect with our IP, fandoms, and the Netflix brand in innovative and impactful ways.

About the Role

As an Associate, Sponsorships & Operations on the Integrated Marketing team, this person will support the development and deployment of sponsorship offerings tied to series, films, live events, and experiences. Elements of these packages will be inclusive of but not limited to: media sponsorships, integrations, branded content, social content, experiential activations and sponsored editorial placements. The primary focus of this role will be in the UCAN market but this team serves as the blueprint for Integrated Marketing teams in EMEA, LATAM and APAC and this role will partner with those markets to support the localization of key offerings. From an operational perspective, this role will work with the team leader to: support data-driven business requests, outline and evolve workflows, and coordinate weekly reporting needs.

This role presents a huge opportunity to be at the forefront of a new Netflix offering, one that continues to prove how Netflix is the most innovative entertainment company in the world and grows an important new revenue stream for the business. This role is ideal for someone with a personal passion for entertainment and a belief that marketing can be a natural extension of the entertainment experience, enhancing members' experiences and providing unique value for brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the development of all Integrated Marketing go-to-market sales materials related to our titles (e.g. series, live events, title one-sheets)

  • Identify sponsor and customizable creative lanes for advertisers surrounding our IP that translate into sellable opportunities.

  • Lead seasonal sponsorship and strategic media package development, partnering with Commercialization and Revenue & Yield

  • Support localization and roll out of new sponsorship offerings and updates for our Integrated Marketing counterparts in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC

  • Maintain project tracking across Integrated Marketing, communicating status, approaching deadlines, and supporting next steps

  • Coordinate weekly internal reports, liaising with key stakeholders for updates and synthesizing into executive summaries

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of proven experience in an integrated marketing function within the entertainment/media, advertising, or related industry.

  • Expertise in developing sponsorship opportunities and sales materials

  • Adept storyteller and skilled copywriter, with experience developing compelling sales narratives for many types of titles including first-season shows, live, sports, and returning series.

  • Experience working cross-functionally, managing different needs across teams and finding creative solutions.

  • Ability to learn and master new systems and tools quickly.

  • Dedication to creative excellence to ensure we connect advertisers to our content through meaningful and authentic storytelling.

  • Passionate and curious about marketing, brands, social media and entertainment.

  • High level of intellectual curiosity with the ability to demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.

  • Strategic, forward-thinker, extremely organized, effective communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a broader team.

  • Can organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly and accurately.

  • Agile, goal-oriented, driven to succeed, and always up for a challenge.

  • Can flourish in our unique company culture.
