This role focuses on growing the adoption of Customer Engagement in EMEA by leveraging expertise in building conversational applications. As an individual contributor within a specialized technical team, you'll directly engage with customers and partners to enhance the use of Conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include building a cross-functional EMEA team of AI experts, fostering a community of AI partners, defining product development direction based on customer needs, supporting sales teams on Customer Engagement opportunities, and partnering with various leadership roles to execute the Customer Engagement strategy. The role requires fluent English and French communication skills.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years cloud native architecture experience
- Experience building integrations (Python, Node.js, Go, or Java)
- Conversational application building experience
- Fluent English and French communication

- Contact center technology experience
- Experience with Cloud Contact Center solutions

- RFI/RFP response experience

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience building integrations using Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
- Experience building conversational applications.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with contact center technologies and platforms or Cloud Contact Center solutions.
- Experience with modern cloud architectures and technologies.
- Experience in responding to Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support multiple time zones.
- Passion for building reusable assets like demos and architecture as part of training and enablement programs.

- Build a cross-functional distributed team of AI experts for the Customer Engagement Suite with Google AI across EMEA.
- Build a community of AI partners and practitioners for Customer Engagement across EMEA.
- Reflect the needs of the EMEA customers, partners and field to define a data-driven direction for Customer Engagement product development.
- Support the sales teams on the Customer Engagement opportunities across EMEA.
- Partner with Customer Engineering leaders, Product leaders, business strategy, Developer Advocates and executive leadership to execute the Customer Engagement strategy.
