This role focuses on growing the adoption of Customer Engagement in EMEA by leveraging expertise in building conversational applications. As an individual contributor within a specialized technical team, you'll directly engage with customers and partners to enhance the use of Conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include building a cross-functional EMEA team of AI experts, fostering a community of AI partners, defining product development direction based on customer needs, supporting sales teams on Customer Engagement opportunities, and partnering with various leadership roles to execute the Customer Engagement strategy. The role requires fluent English and French communication skills.
