They have signed over 400 healthcare organizations and raised $25M. This role involves creatively sourcing technical and non-technical talent, crafting personalized outreach, generating a steady pipeline of high-caliber leads, running sourcing experiments, and staying ahead of hiring trends.
Must Have
- Source Creatively: Identify and engage exceptional technical and non-technical talent across both traditional and unconventional channels.
- Craft Outreach: Write thoughtful, personalized messages that resonate with top-tier builders and operators.
- Generate Pipeline: Own top-of-funnel activity, ensuring recruiters and hiring managers have a steady stream of high-caliber leads.
- Run Experiments: Test new sourcing strategies, measure results, and scale what drives success.
- Stay Ahead: Track where elite talent spends their time and anticipate emerging hiring trends.
- Early-Stage Experience: Proven track record sourcing or recruiting for pre-Series B startups (YC-backed preferred).
- Bias for Action: Operates autonomously, moves fast, and unblocks themselves without waiting for direction.
- Evidence-Driven Evaluator: Assesses candidates by what they’ve built and achieved, not by titles or pedigree.
- Founder Energy: Entrepreneurial or founder experience strongly preferred; thinks and acts like an owner.
- Startup DNA: Thrives in ambiguity, iterates quickly, and owns outcomes end-to-end.

- Experience sourcing for AI, healthcare, or deep tech companies.
- Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Juicebox, Pin, Metaview, or Lemlist.

Key Responsibilities

First-Month Focus
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leads to define sourcing scorecards and role priorities.
- Audit existing pipelines, identify signal sources, and build repeatable sourcing workflows.
- Deliver first wave of exceptional candidates across technical and GTM roles.
Success OKRs (90 Days)
- Deliver 10+ qualified candidates per high-priority role within the first 30 days.
- 3+ successful hires sourced directly.
- Establish scalable sourcing experiments that consistently surface top-tier talent.
