We’re looking for a Contract Sourcer to find exceptional technical and non-technical talent. You’ll prioritize evidence over titles, move fast, work well in ambiguity and unblock yourself when needed. If you’ve built teams in early-stage environments and thrive on finding signal in noise, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Source Creatively: Identify and engage top technical & non-technical talent across both traditional and unconventional channels.
  • Craft Outreach: Write personalized, thoughtful messages that get responses from true builders.
  • Generate Pipeline: Own top-of-funnel activity to keep recruiters and hiring managers flush with exceptional leads.
  • Run Experiments: Test new sourcing tactics, measure performance, and scale what works.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor where elite talent spends their time and anticipate hiring trends before they surface.

What You Bring

  • Proven Early-Stage Experience: You’ve sourced or recruited for a pre-Series B startup (Ideally YC backed), with verifiable success in sourcing high-impact technical & non-technical talent.
  • Bias for Action: You don’t get stuck on small problems, you move fast, unblock yourself, and find a way forward without waiting for direction.
  • Evidence-Driven Evaluator: You assess talent based on what they’ve done, built, or contributed, not just their title or employer.
  • Founder Energy: Entrepreneurial background or founder experience is a strong plus—you think like an owner.
  • Startup DNA : Comfortable operating in ambiguity, iterating quickly, and owning outcomes end-to-end.
