Job Description

As a part-time Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla in Mallorca, you'll provide exceptional experiences to customers picking up their new Teslas. You'll be the point person for delivery, answering questions, conducting product orientations, and ensuring all paperwork is in order. Pre-delivery vehicle inspections to maintain Tesla's high standards are also part of your role. You will liaise with the delivery team to provide updates to customers and offer support for post-sale inquiries. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as is a passion for Tesla's mission. Weekend and evening flexibility is required.

As a Customer Experience Specialist atTesla, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and superiorexperience to our customers who are collecting their new Tesla. You will bepart of the front-of-house team who supports sales and delivery activities, specificallyacting as a delivery handover expert who can answer any questions that ourcustomers may have about their new car. Youare expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality toachieve sales and delivery targets. 

What You’ll Do
  • Saludar y dar la bienvenida a los clientes al llegar a la sala de exposición, proporcionando una primera impresión positiva y memorable.
  • Ayudar en el proceso de entrega, incluyendo mostrar a los clientes su vehículo y proporcionar una experiencia de salida final.
  • Orientar a los clientes sobre el producto, destacando las características clave y proporcionando y utilizar las distintas funciones del vehículo antes de que el cliente se marche con su nuevo coche.
  • Verificar y confirmar que todos los documentos estén presentes y en orden antes de la entrega.
  • Realizar inspecciones previas a la entrega para garantizar que cada vehículo cumple los altos estándares de calidad de Tesla.
  • Actuar como punto de contacto para consultas postventa, proporcionando asistencia y apoyo cuando sea necesario.
  • Estar en contacto con el equipo de entrega que los clientes estén al corriente del progreso de su vehículo y reciban los plazos de entrega.
  • En caso necesario, estar disponible para pruebas de conducción, destacando las capacidades del vehículo, sus de seguridad y rendimiento del vehículo.
  • Mantener una actitud positiva y profesional en todo momento, proporcionando una excelente experiencia al cliente que refleje los valores de Tesla.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enterthe showroom, providing a positive and memorable first impression.
  • Assist with the delivery process, includingshowing customers to their vehicle and providing a final check-out experience.
  • Provide customers with a productorientation, highlighting key features and providing guidance on how to operatethe vehicle and use its various features ahead of driving away in their newcar.
  • Verify and confirm all required documentsare present and in order prior to delivery.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensureeach vehicle meets Tesla's high standards for quality.
  • Act as a point of contact for post-saleinquiries, providing assistance and support as required.
  • Liaise with the delivery team, ensuringthat customers are kept up-to-date on their vehicle's progress and receiveregular updates on delivery timelines.
  • Where necessary be on hand to support thefacilitation of test drives, highlighting the vehicle's capabilities, safetyfeatures, and performance characteristics.
  • Maintain a positive and professionalattitude at all times, providing an excellent customer experience that isreflective of Tesla's values.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with anatural ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Tesla's products,including vehicles, solar panels, and energy storage solutions.
  • Ability to communicate information in aneasy-to-understand manner.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellentcustomer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with theability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends andevenings as required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
