Funko is seeking Customer Service Advisors for its BTB (Business to Business) team in Coventry. This role involves providing front-line support to customers via email, addressing queries about delivery, products, refunds, returns, and invoices. The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, passionate about pop culture, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service by finding solutions and advocating for customer needs.

  • Advocating for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies and product.
  • Taking ownership for customer requests and following them through to resolution.

WORKING PATTERN: Mon to Fri (37.5 hours), eligible for virtual and flexible working

REPORTS TO: TEAM LEADER, BTB CUSTOMER SERVICE

ROLE PURPOSE:

  • their interactions with Funko, and to do that, the Customer Service team offer support through different channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Be a brand ambassador in front-line support answering customer queries via email about delivery status, product questions, refunds, returns, invoices, etc.

  • Ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience with Funko.
