Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years advertising/sales/BD experience (or 3 years with advanced degree)
  • Ad/MarTech market experience (buy/sell side)
  • Multilevel client management experience
  • UK MarTech/AdTech market experience
Good to have:
  • 3 years managing customer/agency relationships
  • Indirect channel sales knowledge
  • Developing new business models and product sales
  • Strategic thinking and impactful change-making
  • Google Marketing Platform product knowledge

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in the Ad/MarTech market (buy or sell side, agency, consultant or advertiser) and the use of data-driven buying or analytics instruments.
  • Experience with multilevel client business situations and managing business relationships.
  • Experience within the United Kingdom (UK) MarTech/AdTech and media markets.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
  • Knowledge of indirect channel sales.
  • Ability to develop existing relationships and business, develop new business models with partners, and grow new product sales with the partners.
  • Ability to make long-term impactful changes to meet strategic needs within the market and partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with our largest partners to enable impactful marketing transformation projects and drive the holistic use of Google technology.
  • Identify the areas where Google and partner business interests intersect and build a solid project/opportunity pipeline. Understand partners’ capability gaps and effectively prioritize building opportunities.
  • Form strong relationships with our partners to increase the number of partner solutions with Google media, data, and tech inside. Own/strengthen primary consulting relationships from executive down to specific teams in marketing and digital units.
  • Cover Google Marketing Platform product range and assume commercial responsibility for our leading solution suite, ensuring service quality to our partners with internal and vendor teams. 
  • Create a One Google partnership plan including opportunities with Cloud for marketing, get buy-in from all relevant stakeholders, and establish and own an effective governance structure and cadence.
