Job Description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with developers to enhance and deliver features for an MMORPG game. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized infrastructure will be crucial. You'll also lead efforts to improve DevEx, manage project dependencies, initiate and automate upgrades, and document processes. The role involves ensuring system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Must have:
  • Minimum 3 years of DevOps experience.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine projects.
  • Proficiency with Linux.
  • Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid experience in Terraform and Ansible.
  • Strong knowledge of Python scripting.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems.
Good to have:
  • Knowledgeable of distributed systems and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Meshes.
  • Experience with monitoring, log management, and distributed tracing tools.
  • Experience with ASP.NET and DevOps workflows for .NET-based projects.
  • Kubernetes Certifications.

Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help us with the development of MMORPG for PC and Consoles.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance and deliver features.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement IaC using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized infrastructure.
  • Educate and lead efforts to improve DevEx.
  • Manage project dependencies, initiate and automate upgrades and maintenance of our systems components.
  • Document processes and operational procedures.
Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine projects.
  • Proficiency with Linux.
  • Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid experience in Terraform and Ansible.
  • Strong knowledge of Python as a scripting language.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledgeable of distributed systems & microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Meshes.
  • Experience with monitoring, log management, and distributed tracing tools.
