Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships by effectively managing expectations, gathering comprehensive requirements, and delivering timely results.
  • Support the client team with ongoing analytics needs and system maintenance, developing digital analytics strategies aligned with industry-specific key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc business analyses and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate across functions to align analytics with business requirements and drive meaningful insights.

Qualification Required:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, SQL (Intermediate to Advanced), and dashboarding and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to think logically, solve analytical problems, and engage in storytelling with data.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), BigQuery, Google Ads, Optimize, DV360, statistical analysis, business acumen, and consulting experience.
  • Understanding of SLA metrics and ensuring delivery quality.
  • High task efficiency and delivery utilization metrics.
