In an environment where the number of merchants is rapidly increasing, service specifications are evolving, and new services are being developed daily, it is essential to constantly update service/operational procedures and sales manuals. In this rapidly changing environment, this position involves frequent negotiations with sales employees working on the front lines and internal related departments, and sales support covers a very wide range of tasks.
The Sales Support Division consists of 6 departments: Sales Management, Sales Promotion, Sales Support, Enterprise/Partner Support, Inside Sales, and Digital Sales, with an organizational structure of approximately 140 members, driving various support for PayPay's sales division, which is responsible for business growth. The mission of each department includes "formulating and executing sales strategies and analyzing various data," "streamlining sales processes and developing training programs for sales members," "promoting/planning and operating the introduction of new services," "supporting data-driven sales," and "streamlining sales processes and operational support." The division as a whole is mainly composed of members in their late 20s to 40s, and all members act as project leaders, allowing them to thrive regardless of age or work experience.
PayPay's services for merchants and solutions for local governments are updated daily, and the sales members responsible for these are constantly required to demonstrate speed and growth. Furthermore, there is a need to strengthen the system for supporting increasingly complex and sophisticated sales from various angles. This recruitment is for an increase in personnel to strengthen this sales support system.
▽ Sales Promotion for Merchant Sales Division
This role involves supporting the sales organization responsible for enterprise clients (national chains, major online companies, etc.) among PayPay's merchants. This includes back-office support, such as education and training for a sales organization of over 100 members, and sometimes attending remote business negotiations. The Enterprise/Partner Support Department is composed of 4 teams (approximately 8 members each) depending on the task, and all members act as project leaders, allowing them to thrive regardless of age or work experience.
