Job Description

The Game Intelligence Lab Team at KRAFTON is seeking a Game Analyst/Researcher to contribute to effective investment decisions. Responsibilities include identifying potential investment targets, conducting playtests and game evaluations, deriving data-driven insights, and sharing findings with relevant departments. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience playing various game genres, a keen understanding of gaming trends, and strong analytical and communication skills (written and presentation). International travel is required.

Must have:

Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to present insights logically
Willingness to travel internationally

Good to have:

Experience working at a game company
Advanced English proficiency
