Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced VR Game Tester to join our development team. As a VR Game Tester, you will be responsible for playing and testing our VR games to identify bugs, glitches, and other issues. Your feedback will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our players.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play and thoroughly test VR games across various platforms (e.g., Oculus, HTC Vive, PlayStation VR, etc.).
• Identify, report, and track bugs, glitches, and other issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide detailed feedback on game mechanics, user interface, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to understand game features and mechanics.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved.
• Test games under various conditions (e.g., different hardware setups, room sizes, lighting conditions) to ensure a consistent experience.
• Document test cases, results, and potential areas for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest VR technology and trends to provide relevant insights.
• Record gaming Experiences

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in game testing, with a focus on VR games preferred.
• Strong understanding of VR hardware and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly document and communicate issues and feedback.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Good understanding of game development processes and terminology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for gaming and VR technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with various VR platforms (Oculus, HTC Vive, PlayStation VR, etc.).
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages.
• Previous experience in a QA role within the gaming industry.
