Job Description

The Recruiting Sourcer will be responsible for direct sourcing, talent pool creation and management within KRAFTON's Talent Acquisition Team. This involves using LinkedIn and other platforms to build talent pipelines, conducting cold calls to attract candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process. The role focuses on sourcing candidates for various technical and gaming roles within the company. This is a contract position (6 months) with no possibility of conversion to a permanent role. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential candidates, managing candidate relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate will possess experience in tech or gaming recruitment, be proficient in using LinkedIn and other job platforms and be comfortable with cold calling.

LinkedIn & job platform experience
Cold calling & candidate engagement
Tech/gaming industry experience
No restrictions on international travel

Good to have:

Fluent English
General recruitment experience
Completed military service (or exempt)
