Want to work in a fun, stimulating environment where you are respected and genuinely heard?
As a no-nonsense, anti-corporate company, my client is looking for smart, imaginative, and distinctive individuals to add to their team. They are not the place for you if you are seeking for a routine, uninteresting office job. They do, however, want to hear from you if you enjoy sharing your innovative and interesting ideas and working with a fantastic team.
Their company depends heavily on social media, so you'll do everything it takes to ensure that their Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, podcasts, and YouTube channels receive the most attention possible. Building a team, developing a content strategy, and producing top-notch social media material will all be done in close collaboration with the CEO and brand face.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a social media team that includes videographers and assistants.
- Ensure the content creators are prepared to film material as soon as they walk through the door by preparing for daily content production. Taking care of the lighting, cameras, clothes, scripts, and props is a part of this.
- Ensure that content is published on the appropriate channels at the appropriate times.
- Report on the best performing content and its factors.
- Keep up with best practises, platform improvements, and social media trends.

- Make sure they are communicating with their amazing online community, following up on comments and messages from followers.
- Identify chances to start conversations and collect user-generated content from members.
- Conduct extensive research on the audience engagement, content, and social media strategies of your competition. Utilise the results to evaluate performance and spot potential improvement areas.
- Keep an eye out on social media channels for brand mentions, client comments, and discussions about the industry. Draw the team's attention to any potential problems or possibilities.
- The social media team needs a leader who can inspire, mentor, and ensure that everyone is working to the best of their abilities.
Experience
- A keen eye for efficient social media strategy, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for all things social media, especially in the health and fitness industry.
- knowledge of expanding a social media platform.
- An added benefit is knowledge of industry-standard content development tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact with your team and our members and effectively communicate ideas.
- good multitasking and assignment prioritisation skills; good attention to detail.
