Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. This role is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. Responsibilities include opening and closing routines, product knowledge, business understanding, proactive thinking, attention to detail, register/Point of Sales use, asset protection, visual displays, system skills, and meeting work schedule requirements. The schedule varies weekly, expecting at least 12-16 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and certain holidays. Hours will increase during peak timeframes.

Qualifications

What it Takes

Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
