For deployment at Frankfurt am Main Airport, we are looking for additional reliable Trainee Instructors (m/f/d).

Attention: We kindly ask you to apply only if you have already completed the training as aviation security control personnel and have a valid reliability check (see section Qualification).

Job Description

Your main tasks:

• With communication skills, you conduct training, further education, and refresher courses under the supervision of the trainer.
• With enthusiasm, you support the coordination, preparation, and accompaniment of basic courses until the successful completion of the examination.
• Practical introductions for new employees are supported by you and documented for proof.
• With attention to detail, you carry out documentation in all training areas such as: Recertification, Radiation Protection, Further Education, Refresher Training, Returning Employee Training, Training Letters, and Internal Communications.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• At least one year of professional experience as aviation security control personnel (m/f/d) in the area of §5 Aviation Security Act.
• Very good practical and theoretical knowledge in the area of §5 Aviation Security Act.
• Very good German and good English language skills, written and spoken.
• Good MS-Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience in conveying teaching material and methodological-didactic skills are desirable.
• You are characterized by high self-initiative and organizational talent.
• Responsible handling of employees from different cultures / Positive role model function.
• Honest, respectful, fair, self-confident personality.
• Willingness to act as a flexible instructor.
