As a Shop Manager, your goal is to create an unforgettable customer experience and enable your team to perform at their best. On a daily basis, your missions include ensuring impeccable service, defining ambitious objectives, implementing procedures, managing team administration, and recruiting, training, and coaching your team. We seek passionate, energetic, ambitious, and results-oriented individuals with at least 3 years of retail management experience.
Must have:
  • Ensure impeccable in-store service by advising customers on Rituals products and philosophy.
  • Define ambitious weekly and daily objectives and animate commercial indicators with your team.
  • Ensure the implementation and follow-up of in-store procedures.
  • Ensure excellent administrative management of your team by developing optimized schedules.
  • Recruit, retain, train, and coach your team.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Shop Manager or Profit Center Manager in the retail sector

  • You have natural leadership and know how to coach your employees daily
  • You like to take initiatives and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have a good command of IT tools
