Job Description

The HR Transformation Consultant will support Capgemini clients by innovating and developing new strategies, services, and products, designing and implementing new business and operating models. The role involves crafting HR operational designs, streamlining processes, and shaping the employee experience. The consultant will facilitate workshops to create people operating models, design cross-functional process mapping, create process documentation, suggest HR metrics and KPIs, and collaborate with the team to suggest solutions and interventions. The role also requires strong communication, presentation, and MS Office skills, as well as the ability to support workshops and multi-task on project assignments.
Must have:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills using MS Office tools.

Job Description

  • The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future.
  • You will be involved in crafting HR Operational design, implementing change, streamlining processes, and shaping a frictionless employee experience.
  • You will facilitate and support workshops to create people operating models, cross functional process mapping and design, create process documentation, suggest HR Metrics and KPI with analytics and work with the team to suggest solutions and interventions.
  • Experience working at a management consulting/ IT implementation firm/ HR business operations enterprise will be preferred.
  • Experience working with or on a HR or Digital Transformation project would be an advantage.

Primary Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including excellence in presentation design, storytelling and facilitating discussions.
  • Advanced skills using MS office tools of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and process documentation tools like Visio.

Secondary Skills

 

  • Ability to support workshops and multi-task on project assignments.
  • Excellent documentation skills with an eye for detail, converting conversation into meaningful deliverables of a process map, process documentations, SOP (Standard operating procedure) or a desktop procedure.
  • Ability to identify and document business needs, accompanied with strong qualitative and quantitative analytical problem solving.
