Job Summary
As the head of the ILS Systems department at Thales's Land and Air Systems in Massy, you will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring resource adequacy and operational excellence. You will oversee the delivery of integrated logistics support studies, participate in project reviews, develop team skills, and contribute to offer drafting. Your role involves deploying the Make or Buy policy, ensuring service quality, and maintaining strong relationships with various internal teams.
Must Have
- You hierarchically manage the team, ensuring the adequacy of internal and external resources in relation to workload forecasts.
- You consolidate the service/department workload from ILS Managers, PMs, PMOs, and Operations data.
- You contribute to operational excellence by effectively leading the team to deliver integrated logistics support studies, respecting costs, deadlines, and quality, and participate in project reviews.
- You evaluate and develop skills, ensure quality of work life, and foster collaborative functioning.
- You contribute to the drafting of offers, share knowledge, and identify business synergies.
- You deploy the Make or Buy policy, guarantee the quality of services, ensure financial and progress reporting, and maintain close relationships with the Industry, Product Support, Field Support, and Front Office teams.
- You have an engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and at least 10 years of experience in team management and ILS project management, ideally in an industrial and international context.
- You have perfect knowledge of ILS standards and implementation.
- You master project management.

Your daily life
The Land and Air Systems activity based at the Massy site is a leader in air operations command and control systems and air defense radar systems.
As the head of the ILS Systems department and a privileged interlocutor for several areas:
- You hierarchically manage the team, ensuring the adequacy of internal and external resources in relation to workload forecasts.
