Job Summary
Located at Thales' Elancourt site, a major technological excellence center, this role involves applying specialized expertise to develop operational industrial solutions for electronic missile seekers. The individual will be a key contributor to the evolution of industrial technologies, processes, and assemblies, leveraging a network of peers. Responsibilities include identifying industrial scenarios from the offer phase, managing the industrial plan with test specifications, contributing to technological choices, and ensuring their integration into production. The role also involves defining industrial processes and tests, organizing technology transfers, ensuring product compliance (cost, quality, deadlines), and assessing MRL levels to propose action plans.
Must Have
- Provide specialized expertise to develop operational industrial solutions for electronic missile seekers
- Play a key role in the evolution of industrial technologies, processes, and assemblies
- Identify and recommend industrial scenarios from the offer phase
- Pilot the industrial plan, including test specifications
- Contribute to technological choices and ensure their integration into production processes
- Define industrial processes and associated tests
- Organize technology transfers and offsets
- Ensure cost-quality-delivery compliance of products
- Measure MRL level to propose adapted action plans
- Engineering degree or equivalent and confirmed experience in industrial responsibility
- Multidisciplinary knowledge in: Electrical / Radio Frequencies, Mechanics, Test benches, Integration technologies

Individual contributor and product specialist:
- You bring your specialized expertise to develop operational industrial solutions dedicated to electronic missile seekers,
- You play a key role in the evolution of industrial technologies, processes, and assemblies, while mobilizing a network of peers in your field,
- You identify and recommend industrial scenarios from the offer phase, pilot the industrial plan including test specifications, contribute to technological choices, and guarantee their integration into production processes,
- You define industrial processes and associated tests, organize technology transfers and offsets, ensure cost-quality-delivery compliance of products, and measure the MRL level to propose adapted action plans.
Your profile
