The IT Senior Procurement Manager will lead the IT procurement process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This includes evaluating vendors, analyzing spend data, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. Responsibilities also involve monitoring contracts, identifying risks, and implementing risk mitigation actions. The candidate will need to maintain detailed records and analyze market trends to support procurement strategies.
Must have:
- 8-10+ years of IT sourcing and procurement experience.
- In-depth knowledge of IT products and SaaS contracts.
- Experience with procurement and project management tools.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Good to have:
- Experience in international environments and the iGaming industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're on the hunt for an experienced IT Senior Procurement Manager to help us shape a world-class procurement function from the ground up. This is your chance to play a key role in the fast-paced, global iGaming industry—driving strategic IT sourcing, enabling innovation, and supporting our growth journey. Based in Stockholm and working with teams across Europe, you'll be at the heart of our tech transformation.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Lead the end-to-end IT procurement process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Evaluate and assess vendors for quality, price, compliance, reliability, and alignment with the company’s technology roadmap.
- Collect, cleanse, classify and analyse spend data with the purpose of reducing procurement costs, generating opportunities for improving efficiency and supervising compliance of spend
- Lead and secure the commercial aspect (run competitive RFx events, negotiate contracts, pricing, service level agreements (SLAs) etc.) to secure the best value and minimize risks.
- Monitor, manage, and review supplier contracts to ensure adherence to agreed terms and performance expectations. Identify complex and emerging contract risk areas, advise business partners
- on identified risks and implement risk mitigation actions
- Maintain detailed records of procured IT products and services, including financial, contractual, and operational documentation.
- Analyze market trends, price benchmarking, and ROI assessments to support procurement – and business strategies
- Review and optimize procurement processes, introducing automation and digital tools and conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments.
- Partners with suppliers in forward thinking strategic development and relationship building, leverage innovative ideas by acting as a liaison between business partners and supplier, as well as with Product and Business collaborators.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential Skills:
- 8–10+ years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, contract management, or vendor management.
- In-depth knowledge of IT products, services, licensing models, and SaaS contracts.
- Experience with procurement and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, SaaS management platforms, CRM systems).
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to analyze pricing, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience from an international environment, the iGaming industry or other tech related industries.
