Game Producer

As a Game Producer, you will oversee the production process, ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional teams (design, development, art, and QA). You will drive project timelines, remove blockers, and help deliver games that exceed player expectations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the full game development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and live updates.

• Coordinate daily tasks across teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Identify production risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.

• Collaborate closely with designers and developers to maintain game quality and ensure alignment with the creative vision.

• Track, analyze, and report on project progress and key metrics to leadership.

• Support game feature prioritization and ensure smooth implementation of updates and improvements.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Game Producer, Associate Producer, or in a similar production role (preferably in mobile gaming).

• Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of mobile game development processes and pipelines.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools

• Basic understanding of game design and live operations is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Background or interest in game design, art, or product management.

• Familiarity with data analytics and KPI tracking.
