We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Management Assistant to join our team in Bucharest!

This position demands an individual who is highly organized and attentive to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently to support management in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of business operations.

This role offers a chance to work within a technology-driven company in a rapidly growing industry, engaging in interesting and challenging projects within a relaxed and friendly workplace based in the heart of the city.

We are looking for recent graduates to join the CEO’s Office team, supporting our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the management team. You will receive training on the industry, the company, and our operations, along with assignments in business analysis and project management. Successful candidates will be positioned to progress towards future managerial roles within the company.


What you'll get to do:

  • Work closely with the CEO and CEO’s Office to help on their day-to-day activities;
  • Organize and participate management meetings;
  • Take notes with conclusions, plans and assignments discussed during the meetings;
  • Follow up with the management team regarding the status of their projects/tasks;
  • Generate operational business information for the management;
  • Provide support and do research/analysis on major projects;
  • Take on new organizational and research tasks when required;


What You need to know:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a similar field;
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English;
  • Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office;
  • Clear communicator and an active listener;
  • Pro-active and able to take decisions under pressure;
  • Organized and responsible, fast learner;
  • Willing to learn and improve the current knowledge;
  • Able to travel internationally.

  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
  • Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
  • Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time)
  • Support for New Parents:
  • 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.
  • 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
