Brief Description: 
 
This GBOA team plays a significant role in providing customized analytical solutions & data insights to revenue & product teams. A hub to all reporting and analytics-related needs, our priority is to ensure high quality & accuracy in all deliveries. We integrate various data sources, curate, and extract information to deliver insights for customer focused solutions. Data attributes are connected to business contexts, with trends and insights displayed through interactive Power BI dashboards. We proactively identify, streamline, automate and optimize different workflows for efficient functioning. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end analytical projects for task scheduling, production, and implementation, ensuring timely, accurate delivery with optimal resource allocation across the team. 
  • Develop and deliver interactive dashboards from the analytics unit, enabling engaging data visualization and actionable insights for revenue and product teams. 
  • Streamline, modify, and troubleshoot dashboards, addressing production issues through automation and optimization to enhance performance. 
  • Produce cadence reports and dashboards, delivering data insights to stakeholders while adhering to SLAs and accuracy standards. 
  • Plan project pipeline, encompassing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis to highlight business impact. 
  • Understand workflows across platforms and the dollar flow lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive insights and alignment with business processes. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify actionable items that drive growth and enhance the end customer experience. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, BI, and product teams, fostering collaboration for actionable insights that contribute to business growth and product enhancements. 
  • Act as the escalation point for team issues, consistently driving productivity and improving service offerings. 
  • Set project goals for the team and monitor progress 
  • Uphold and work towards team’s vision roadmap and align it with organizational growth 
  • Partner with the reporting manager to lead recruitment and hiring efforts, building a strong, capable team. 
  • Continuously learn and expand skill sets, leveraging problem-solving opportunities while engaging with leadership across the organization. 
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in descriptive and diagnostic data analysis, with effective presentation skills. 
  • Maintain and update documentation related to tasks, team management, and training to ensure knowledge continuity and operational efficiency. 
     

Requirement: 

  • B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent degree from a reputed institute with 3-4 years of experience in a Team Lead role, with 7+ years of overall experience in the data analytics domain. 
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Power BI  
  • Proficiency in descriptive and diagnostic analysis (predictive analysis is a plus) and strong data handling skills. 
  • Solid understanding of descriptive statistics, data preprocessing, and data modeling techniques. 
  • Skilled in technical tools such as Python (including libraries like MATLAB, NumPy), R, SQL, Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. 
  • Familiarity with databases like Azure Databricks, Apache Superset, and reporting mechanisms. GCP proficiency is mandatory. 
  • Expertise in dashboard building and data storytelling using Power BI. 
  • Good understanding of the online advertising industry and its ecosystem. 
  • Prior exposure to the Ad Tech ecosystem, working models, and funnels is highly preferred. 
  • Ability to prioritize strategic initiatives, align with business objectives, and guide the team to meet goals. 
  • Lead with a vision for innovation; maintain strategic perspectives on projects’ business needs 
  • Drive timely and accurate task delivery while managing workload efficiently. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes and present ideas effectively. 
  • Build rapport with stakeholders and foster collaboration. 
  • Result-driven & with a passion for performance and staying updated on industry and technical trends. 
  • A quick learner with a consistent focus on accuracy, capable of managing high-volume workflows. 
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Willingness to work on extended timelines as required by projects
