Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Analyst in Rio de Janeiro/RJ with at least 3 years of proven experience in planning and executing personnel and/or equipment logistics for large projects. The role requires proficiency in MS-Office Suite and a degree in Logistics or Administration. Key responsibilities include technical support for expense control, transport requisitions, system updates, training reservations, and managing project physical resources and IT equipment. The analyst will also handle travel requests, invoice tracking, and logistics monitoring.
Must Have:
  • 3 years of proven experience in planning and executing personnel and/or equipment logistics in large projects
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite
  • Logistics Technologist or Administration Technician degree
  • Technical support in surveying and controlling the demanding area's expenses with IT equipment and services
  • Technical support in transport requisition (RT) requests, based on service front schedules (construction sites / vessels, etc.), for aircraft / vessels / cars / buses etc.
  • Technical support in preparing management presentations, reports
  • Technical support in registering and updating information in corporate systems (e.g., SAP, SISPAT, etc.) and expediting the issuance and availability of badges
  • Technical support in registering, updating, canceling, and monitoring employee training reservations in the system
  • Technical support in consolidating and updating the project's organizational chart
  • Technical support in processes for employee reimbursement (e.g., travel, language courses, external courses, etc.)
  • Prepare and update Corporate Body Consultation Spreadsheet
  • Control physical resources of the project
  • Control IT and telecommunications equipment, replacement, repair, and disposal when necessary
  • Perform software license control
  • Participate in meetings with EPCIsta
  • Support in controlling the management's expenses with IT equipment
  • Support in project network administration, controlling stored files
  • Request/cancel national/international trips (tickets, hotel, daily allowances, extra expenses, technical note) and control changes
  • Monitor and archive invoicing documents to Petrobras' financial sector, controlling effective payment dates
  • Monitor logistics at construction sites/vessels and generate reports
  • Control terrestrial transport requests for field inspectors and volumes
