Job Description

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all Disneyland Paris installations, contributing to a safe and magical experience for visitors. You will control and repair ride equipment, adhering to safety, courtesy, spectacle, and efficiency standards. This includes diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues, proposing corrective actions, and performing preventive maintenance. You will also ensure the proper functioning of the location and communicate relevant information within the team. This role requires a proactive approach to improve service and a commitment to the company's standards.

Job Description:

Que ça soit les Pirates des Caraïbes ou le spectacle des Super Héros Marvel, nos équipes de maintenance ont un rôle clé : celui de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des installations de Disneyland Paris, tout au long de l’année. Elles œuvrent ainsi quotidiennement pour faire vivre une expérience magique à nos visiteurs, en toute sécurité. 

Vos Missions 

Sous la responsabilité de l'encadrement de la maintenance des attractions et des scènes composé d’environ 400 personnes, vous contrôlez et remettez en état de fonctionnement les équipements de Ride dans les attractions en respectant les Quatre Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Vos taches principales :

  • Veiller au respect des procédures et des standards de qualité (efficacité, prestation d'accueil et qualité d'information, etc.), des standards environnementaux ainsi que des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes y compris complexes sur les parties Mécanique, Pneumatique, Hydraulique et Electrique.
  •  Proposer des actions correctives adaptées à tout type de problématique technique, identifiée ou imprévue, liée aux installations des Rides de l’attraction
  • Identifie et expertise les problématiques de fonctionnement des équipements • Réaliser la maintenance curative, préventive des équipements et éléments dont il a la charge dans le respect des procédures applicables et du temps imparti.

  • Assurer la mise en fonction ou fermeture de sa location, à partir des consignes données et sous le contrôle ponctuel d’un membre de l’encadrement présent dans sa zone.

  • Prendre les initiatives adaptées et utiles au bon fonctionnement du service en proposant régulièrement à sa hiérarchie des améliorations applicables.

  • Transmettre spontanément toutes les informations pertinentes relatives à son environnement professionnel, aux personnes et/ou départements concernés.

  • Mettre en œuvre les tâches attribuées par la hiérarchie en s’assurant de la bonne transmission des informations auprès de l’équipe et en les adaptant au besoin.

Le profil pour mener à bien cette mission 

  • Idéalement une formation minimum BAC en Electromécanique type MEI avec 2 ans d’expérience ou un BTS type FED vous avez des connaissances en mécanique productique, hydraulique, pneumatique et électromécanique.

  • Capacité d’analyser des documents techniques (fiches techniques, plans, etc…).

  • Capable de comprendre de la documentation rédigée en anglais en plus.
