Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Marketing Art Team. This role is central to driving our creative production process, ensuring every asset, video, and playable ad moves seamlessly from brief to delivery across multiple teams and vendors. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a multitasker at heart, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll work closely with designers, video artists, creative strategists, and external vendors to ensure our art production pipeline runs efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with business goals.
Good To Have:
  • Experience working with or managing external creative vendors.
  • Familiarity with creative production processes (design, video, animation, playables).
Must Have:
  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of art production projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Lead monthly planning and scheduling of creative deliverables, balancing priorities and timelines across internal and external teams.
  • Manage all tasks and workflows through Jira, including tracking progress, updating statuses, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Designers, and Video Artists to translate creative briefs into actionable production plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors on task assignments, timelines, feedback, and delivery quality.
  • Own the vendor management process, including onboarding, communication, and the approval process of new vendors.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (UA, Product Marketing, ASO, etc.) to align creative output with campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, proactively finding solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Maintain clarity, organization, and communication across all stakeholders to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Generate reports on production progress, workload, and resource allocation to support strategic decision-making.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, production coordination, or studio operations within a creative, gaming, or marketing environment.
  • Proven experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • High level of English (both written and verbal) – a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to shifting needs.
