Your impact
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O Senior Project Manager, you will lead the implementation, enhancement, and management of Dynamics 365F&O projects to optimize the organizational operations of our clients. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, improving collaboration, and supporting transformative technologies across the companies. With your expertise in Microsoft 365, you will ensure seamless transitions and empower teams with robust solutions tailored to their needs.
You’ll make an impact by:
Demonstrating project leadership: You will lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft ERP projects, including planning, execution, and closure. You will define project scope, goals, as well as deliverables in coordination with stakeholders and will develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
Managing stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, facilitate change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and integration of Microsoft ERP solutions, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with organizational goals.
Fostering technical expertise: Provide expert guidance on Microsoft D365 applications, driving best practices and solutions. Oversee system configurations, integrations, and customizations to optimize functionality. Stay updated on Microsoft D365 updates and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Managing resources: Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project priorities. Lead and mentor project team members and external vendors to achieve optimal performance. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Monitoring risk and quality: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinating reporting and documentation: Generate regular project progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for attention. Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and records of decisions. Present project outcomes and insights to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
About you
You have a strong experience of 8+ years in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects or similar IT project management roles.
Consulting experience is preferred but industry is fine as well.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online) and related technologies.
Nice to have: knowledge of additional technology solutions like SAP, Workday or Oracle.
Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Languages: you are fluent in English and Dutch.
