Operations Analyst (Internal Hiring)

As an Operations Analyst, you will work on Player Engagement operations to support business decision-making, operational efficiencies and elements of operational and financial reporting. You will work closely with the Service Line Operations Director in measuring operational performance, standardize business processes, identify and implement identifying opportunities for operational improvement with a focus on cost control, budgeting, forecasting and month end reporting.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Consolidate service line operational and financial data for reporting and analysis 

• Partner with all key staff to provide operational data to assist in financial reporting and justification of operational decisions.  

• Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and address any operational challenges. 

• Develop performance measurements, utilizing metrics to identify performance trends, outliers, leading to insights and causal factors, relating to revenue and margin analysis, operational performance 

• Perform detailed analysis and investigations to understand root causes and be prepared to offer recommendations and help to implement them.  

• Assist the SLOD with cost control, cost reviews and approvals as directed.  

• Assist the SLOD with forecasting and budgeting as required. 

• Other tasks as assigned 

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:  

• 2-4 years of operations and/or financial analysis/management experience required  

• Experience with operational budget, cost management (Opex)  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business 

• Advanced skills with proficiency with MS Excel including pivot tables, experience with Power BI or similar Analytic tools is required  

• Excellent power point presentation skills 

• Strong attention to detail is vital, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and collaborative environment 

• Team player that readily adapts to rapid changes in priorities and assignments. 

• Strong business acumen and the ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders 

• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations concisely 

• Has interacted with senior management teams, preparing management-level presentations and actively participating in the presentation of results and strategic priorities and financial plans
