Job Description

The Oracle Application Analyst will support, enhance, and implement Oracle Applications (E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP), focusing on Latin American financial, tax, and regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with finance, tax, and business stakeholders across LATAM to ensure Oracle solutions meet compliance needs such as electronic invoicing, statutory reporting, and tax localization. The analyst will provide functional and technical support for Oracle Financial modules, analyze business requirements, and manage compliance updates.
Must have:
  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Financial modules with LATAM localization.
  • Analyze business requirements for Oracle application configurations and enhancements.
  • Support local compliance for countries like Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay.
  • Work with Oracle support and localization partners to manage updates.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for smooth month-end and year-end processes.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
  • Conduct application testing, user training, and change management for financial processes.
  • Support audits and internal controls, including SOX and local tax audits.
  • Participate in regional Oracle rollouts and upgrades.
  • 3-6 years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).
  • Strong understanding of LATAM financial regulations and Oracle localizations.
  • Functional knowledge of financial processes: AP, AR, GL, FA, procure to pay, order to cash.
  • Experience in end-user support, system configuration, and UAT coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Strong SQL knowledge for Oracle Database, including data extraction and troubleshooting.
