Job Summary
Job Description
This is a full-time overseas operations role focusing on the European and American markets, specifically targeting 2025 graduates. Responsibilities include participating in all phases of multiple projects, from testing to launch; assisting in framework development, data analysis, and product optimization; contributing to user operation in key overseas regions; improving user communication; monitoring user sentiment; and planning and executing content for official game accounts and communities. Collaboration with various overseas business teams is crucial for problem-solving. The role requires a passion for gaming, deep understanding of the target market's culture, and familiarity with game design methodologies. Experience with specific game genres (open-world, action, dress-up, female-oriented) is a plus.
Must have:

- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- English fluency, additional languages a plus

职位描述
1. 深入参与多项目从测试到上线的全生命周期工作，多模块轮岗；
2. 协助海外运营框架梳理，数据复盘和产品调优工作；
3. 参与海外核心区域的用户运营工作，协助完善海外用户的互动沟通机制，深刻了解用户舆情，维护产品口碑；
4. 协助完成游戏官方账号及社区的内容运营规划，包括内容排期、选题策划、内容审核、效果回收与提效；
5. 与海外各业务团队紧密合作，解决关键业务问题。
职位要求
1. 热爱游戏和游戏行业，对欧美主流区域文化和游戏市场有深入了解，对主流产品的设计方法有一定研究心得；
2. 对开放世界/动作/换装/女性向品类有相对深入的理解与经验更佳；
3. 对数据敏感，具备较强的逻辑思维能力，同时具备较强的分析总结能力；
4. 优秀的自我驱动力、团队协作能力及跨部门推动力；
5. 优秀的沟通协作能力，英文可作为工作语言，具备小语种能力加分。
