Job Summary
Job Description
This is a full-time Game Localization role focusing on Korean language for the 2025 recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include translating and proofreading game text (internal and external), ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness. The role also involves optimizing translations to mitigate potential risks, conducting LQA testing, incorporating player feedback for ongoing quality improvements, and collaborating effectively within a team. Strong Korean language skills (reading and writing) are essential, along with a deep understanding of Korean culture and cultural sensitivities. Prior experience in game localization or translation, along with a passion for gaming, is highly advantageous.
Must have:
- Fluent Korean (reading & writing)
- Deep understanding of Korean culture
- Game localization experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Good to have:
- Korean language background (native or studied in Korea)
- Experience with game testing (LQA)

1、负责承接游戏内外文本翻译以及审校工作，确保本地化呈现的准确性和地道性；
2、针对性进行游戏内外文本翻译的包装和优化，规避相应的政治文化等内容的舆情风险；
3、深入参与项目，进行LQA跑测确认游戏内的文本呈现，并提供有效的翻译调优方案；
4、关注当地玩家的反馈建议，运用语言专业能力，持续优化游戏本地化质量；
5、具备团队精神，能够根据项目要求配合完成相应的本地化业务。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，流利的韩语读写能力，朝鲜族或有韩国留学经验者优先；
2、对韩国的当地文化以及文化禁忌等有较高的熟悉度；
3、热爱游戏，有丰富的游戏经验，有游戏本地化翻译等相关实习及项目经验更佳；
4、熟练使用各种基础办公软件，具备自主进行信息检索的能力；
5、优秀的沟通能力和归纳总结的能力，较强的抗压能力和时间管理意识，能够迅速响应各项业务需求。
