岗位职责
负责腾讯海外游戏业务管理，结合战略目标，助力海外游戏发行业务业绩的实现；
深入各发行项目，及时发现并跟踪解决业务问题，提出相应管理建议；
负责制定并推进流程与管理策略落地，持续优化关键环节，为决策层和管理层提供决策支持和管理支撑。
岗位要求
本科以上学历， 5 年以上互联网、游戏行业经历，有游戏研发、游戏运营 PM 经验优先；
思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强，具有良好的流程梳理能力、项目管理能力以及扎实的商 业分析能力，善于发现和诊断；
具备较强的总结能力，能做出深入的业务经营分析，擅长策略分析，并形成辅助业务 决策与问题解决的可落地方向；
有较强执行力和责任心，沟通协调能力和抗压能力强，能够多线程推进任务，通过多种项目管理手段推动项目高效进行；
具备较好的英文书写和沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言。
