Responsibilities include validating and adjusting purchase solutions, creating ownership solutions for new customers, supporting financing and trade-in processes, managing timely deliveries, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring accurate documentation. The advisor will collaborate with other teams to provide a fully integrated customer experience, meet delivery targets, and maintain accurate records. Strong operational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication are crucial for success. The ideal candidate is passionate about Tesla's mission and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

Será um(a) especialista na área da distribuição que agrega os seus próprios conselhos à solução de propriedade, validando-a e ajustando-a conforme necessário para assegurar uma entrega bem sucedida.

What to expect 

As a Delivery Advisor at Tesla, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the delivery process and ensuring that they have a frictionless and exceptional experience when taking delivery of their Tesla vehicle. You will be a delivery expert who adds your own guidance to the ownership solution, validating and adjusting it as needed to ensure a successful delivery. 

You have relentless determination to succeed, and you are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.  

What You’ll Do
  • Assumir o cliente assim que a encomenda for efetuada e orientá-lo a durante todo o processo de entrega 
  • Validar e ajustar a solução de compra concebida pelo consultor da Tesla, por forma a assegurar um processo de entrega bem sucedido 
  • Criar uma solução de propriedade para clientes que tenham efetuado a sua compra sem interação anterior com a Tesla 
  • Utilizar a sua experiência na área da distribuição para auxiliar os clientes nos processos de financiamento, de retomas e de registo, bem como assegurar um processo de entrega atempado e sem problemas 
  • Comunicar regularmente com os clientes, estabelecendo as expetativas certas e fornecendo atualizações sobre os prazos de entrega 
  • Lidar com quaisquer dúvidas ou preocupações que os clientes possam ter sobre o processo de entrega e dar soluções para quaisquer problemas que surjam 
  • Garantir que toda a documentação necessária é preenchida corretamente e de forma atempada 
  • Cumprir rigorosamente todos os processos, de modo a assegurar um célere reconhecimento de receitas e obtenção de fundos 
  • Trabalhar de forma coordenada com outros membros da equipa Tesla, incluindo a equipa de Experiência de Distribuição e a equipa de Atendimento, por forma a proporcionar ao cliente uma experiência excecional e perfeitamente integrada 
  • Garantir que todos os clientes estejam satisfeitos com a sua experiência de distribuição e que quaisquer problemas sejam resolvidos de forma satisfatória 
  • Realizar entregas de veículos e  
  • Cumprir ou exceder os objetivos de distribuição e as métricas de desempenho 

 

Deveres gerais:  

  • Trabalhar com uma mentalidade flexível para suprir as necessidades de vendas e de distribuição em toda a equipa   
  • Assegurar que os dados dos clientes e todas as ações são acompanhados com rigor e atualizados nos nossos sistemas internos  
  • Adotar e partilhar as melhores práticas com o seu concessionário Tesla e não só  
  • Informar os clientes sobre todo o ecossistema da Tesla e todas as soluções disponíveis para ir ao encontro das suas necessidades   
  • Em relação aos processos da Tesla, executar atempadamente as tarefas administrativas de vendas, incluindo fechar contratos, executar processos de financiamento e trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as partes interessadas relevantes para conseguir levar a cabo a tarefa   
  • Fazer a gestão de quaisquer deveres adicionais para cumprir requisitos empresariais mais abrangentes 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Take over the customer once the order has been placed and guide them through the delivery process 
  • Validate and adjust the purchase solution designed by the Tesla Advisor to ensure a successful delivery process 
  • Create an ownership solution for customers who have made their purchase without previous interaction with Tesla 
  • Use your delivery expertise to support customers with financing, trade-ins, and registration, and ensure a smooth and timely delivery process 
  • Communicate regularly with customers, setting the right expectations and providing updates on delivery timelines 
  • Address any questions or concerns that customers may have about the delivery process and provide solutions to any problems that arise 
  • Ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately and on time 
  • Closely adhere to all processes to ensure a speedy revenue recognition and cash collection 
  • Coordinate with other members of the Tesla team, including the Delivery Experience team and the Service team, to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience 
  • Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their delivery experience, and that any issues are resolved to their satisfaction 
  • Conduct vehicle handovers and  
  • Meet or exceed delivery targets and performance metrics 

 

General duties 

  • Operate with a flexible mindset to support sales and delivery needs across the team   
  • Ensure that customer details and all actions are accurately tracked and updated in our internal systems  
  • Execute on and share best practices with and across your Tesla location  
  • Educate customers on the full Tesla ecosystem and all available solutions available to meet their needs   
  • In respect to Tesla’s processes, timely execute on sales administrative duties including contract completion, finance, and work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to get it done   
  • Manage any additional duties to support wider business requirements
