What You’ll Do

Proven experience as an Automotive Painter in a Bodyshop environment. Prior painting experience with Tesla vehicles will be considered a plus
Certificate as a car painter / billakkerer is a plus
Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications Microsoft Word
Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
A clear understanding of health & safety and good housekeeping in the automotive environment
Ability to provide leadership and instructions to teammates – showcasing excellence within the refinish process
Complete comprehensive understanding of full refinishing processes within the Bodyshop business
The ability to deliver the highest quality standard of repair every time
A good understanding of tools & equipment used for all refinishing processes
