Sprinklr is an AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM), helping brands deliver extraordinary experiences across every customer touchpoint. The Partner Presales Solutions Consultant supports Partner Sales and Presales teams by delivering Sprinklr training, providing technical response guidance, supporting asset creation, and serving as the primary liaison during RFPs and partner-led deals. This role combines deep technical expertise with exceptional relationship-building and mentoring skills to empower partners in positioning and delivering Sprinklr solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance for RFP responses, solution architecture, and integration readiness.

  • Act as the go-to resource for troubleshooting and technical queries during partner-led engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner counterparts.
  • Prioritize key partners and strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach partner SCs and internal team members.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in presales or solutions consulting within SaaS, CCaaS, CRM, or CXM.
  • Deep understanding of omni-channel engagement, contact center technologies, conversational AI, WFM, speech analytics, case management, and CRM integrations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, technical responses, and partner-led deals.
  • Demonstrated mentoring and leadership capabilities.

The Partner Presales Solutions Consultant is a pivotal member of Sprinklr’s APJI Partner Enablement team. This role supports Partner Sales and Presales teams by delivering Sprinklr training, providing technical response guidance, supporting asset creation, and serving as the primary liaison between partner teams and Sprinklr during RFPs and partner-led deals. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with exceptional relationship-building and mentoring skills, ensuring partners are empowered and confident in positioning and delivering Sprinklr solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement & Training
  • Deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training to partner teams using tailored enablement tracks.
  • Ramp up partner Solution Consultants (SCs) and support their transition to self-sufficiency.
  • Facilitate hands-on workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions for partner Sales and Presales teams.
  • Technical Guidance & Asset Support
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for RFP responses, solution architecture, and integration readiness.
  • Support partners with collateral, win stories, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Act as the go-to resource for troubleshooting, escalation, and technical queries during partner-led engagements.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partner counterparts, becoming their first point of contact for technical and strategic support.
  • Proactively engage with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure focus on strategic partners, declining requests that do not align with Sprinklr’s partner strategy or sales priorities.
  • Strategic Focus & Prioritization
  • Maintain discipline in prioritizing key partners and strategic initiatives.
  • Say “no” to non-strategic requests, bids, or urgent needs that do not align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sprinklr Sales, SC/SE teams, and management to ensure alignment and avoid distractions from core priorities.
  • Mentoring & Leadership
  • Mentor and coach partner SCs and internal team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Lead by example in training delivery, technical mastery, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years’ experience in a presales or solutions consulting role within SaaS, CCaaS, CRM, or CXM domains.
  • Proven track record in partner enablement, technical training, and workshop facilitation.
  • Deep understanding of omni-channel engagement, contact center technologies (voice/digital), conversational AI, WFM, speech analytics, case management, and CRM integrations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, co-ordinate between teams internally and externally, and maintain focus on strategic goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, technical responses, and partner-led deals.
  • Demonstrated mentoring and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar CXM platforms.
  • Familiarity with APJI market dynamics and partner ecosystems.
  • Sprinklr product certifications or willingness to complete aggressive training schedules.
  • Experience in delivering enablement programs and driving partner self-sufficiency.

  • Partner teams achieve 70–80% self-sufficiency in Sprinklr Service delivery.
  • High partner satisfaction and engagement scores.
  • Increased win rates in partner-led deals and RFPs.
  • Effective prioritization and strategic focus in partner engagements.
