Process Trainee/Apprentice/VIE
Job Description
- Knowledge of SAP system.
- Involvement in key projects, observing new product introduction from logistics and purchasing.
- Learning to plan by analyzing customer forecasts and ensuring timely availability of resources.
- Collaborating with multiple departments including engineering, purchasing, logistics, and quality control.
- Maintaining inventory order, both physically in the warehouse and within the SAP system.
- Participating in all current tasks to gain comprehensive insight into the work.
- Studying/graduate of a technical field (Production Management and Engineering, Transport, Logistics or related).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- English proficiency for daily communication.
- Ability to organize own time and approach problems analytically.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and accuracy.
- Availability 4-5 days a week.
- Paid internship with an employment contract for 18 months from day one.
- Monthly bonus dependent on team results, holiday and Christmas bonus.

The Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, production, painting, and assembly of wiper blades, arms, and mechanisms. In 2013, the production of wiper motors also began. The activities of the Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina are additionally supported by a modern research and development center, which currently employs approximately 100 employees.
Your tasks during the internship will include:
- You will be involved in key projects: You will see how we introduce new products to the market from the logistics and purchasing side.
- You will learn to plan: You will help us analyze customer forecasts and ensure that nothing is missing on time.
- You will be at the center of events: You will cooperate with many departments - from engineers and purchasing specialists, to logistics and quality control.
- You will master the system: You will help us maintain order in inventories, both physically in the warehouse and in the SAP system.
- You will become part of the team: You will participate in all current tasks, thanks to which you will get to know our work from the inside out.
