As a Public Relations (PR) professional, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage communication strategies for Hideo Kojima and Kojima Productions' product brands. This includes coordinating and arranging live and virtual events such as press interviews and the Tokyo Game Show. You will serve as the primary contact for all press, influencers, and promotional partners in Japan, build and execute communication campaigns from announcements to product launches, and work with external agencies to ensure global alignment. You will also identify local and global trends to broaden the discussion around Kojima Productions' stories beyond games, oversee the distribution of promotional assets, create communication copy for press materials, and assist in the development of content ideas for social media and websites. In addition, you will regularly report on the results of earned media campaigns.
