Job Description

KRAFTON's Publishing Strategy team, reporting directly to the Chief Global Publishing Officer (CGPO), is seeking a driven and strategic individual to lead the development and execution of impactful plans that will enhance and drive the growth of global publishing operations. This role will involve shaping the long-term direction of global publishing, providing strategic guidance for key projects, aligning publishing group initiatives with overall company goals, and ensuring the competitive edge of the publishing pipeline. You'll also collaborate across departments on various projects and support the CGPO's key priorities.

Must have:

Deep understanding of the gaming industry and business
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strategic mindset with a focus on goals and objectives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data or research
Proven ability to document and present information clearly and concisely
Willingness to travel internationally

Good to have:

Experience in strategic consulting or strategic planning at large companies
Fluent in English (business level)
Experience in the game publishing industry

중장기 글로벌 퍼블리싱 방향성 도출 및 전략 수립
중요 프로젝트의 전략 방향 점검 및 핵심 Initiative 지원
전사 전략과 연동된 퍼블리싱 그룹 사업계획 검토 및 주요과제 도출
퍼블리싱 파이프라인 경쟁력 확보방안 수립
타 부서와의 협업을 통해 다양한 주제의 그룹 프로젝트 진행
CGPO 중점추진과제 관련 수명업무 수행

해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
