As the R&D Manager, you will act as the primary interface for research and development, communicating and understanding Miniclip's project development requirements. You will be responsible for managing the joint venture R&D team in China, overseeing the development progress, and ensuring the quality of the R&D deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for R&D communication with Miniclip.
• Understand and interpret Miniclip's project development needs.
• Manage multiple projects in various stages of development, demonstrating strong attention to detail while being conscious of all moving parts.
• Present actionable results to clients in an engaging and persuasive manner.
• Monitor and control the R&D progress to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure the quality of the R&D outputs meets Miniclip's standards.

• 7+ years of experience as an engineer, shipping multiple AAA, casual, or mobile games.
• Experience building games for early or unfinished platforms.
• Exceptional communication and cross-discipline collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in R&D management.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to understand and translate project requirements effectively.
• Experience managing development teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
