Tasks
Identifying, assessing and managing risk exposures and risk response measures of Nintendo European entities
Developing and implementing contingency plans to manage business interruptions, unexpected market events and other emergencies
Supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management system including identification of appropriate risk assessment models and methodologies
Gathering an compilation of risk-related data from the business and external resources
Conducting recurring risk interviews at the European headquarters as well as traveling to local markets offices to conduct onsite interviews
Supporting self-assessments of the internal control system in line with J-SOX requirements
Supporting and managing projects related to risk and control topics
Requirements
University or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Business Mathematics or Business Psychology or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in operational risk management
Well-structured and process-oriented thinking and proactive, hands-on mentality
Strong team orientation and high social competence
Full proficiency in German and English, other languages would be a plus
Willingness to relocate to greater Frankfurt area
