Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior AV Programmer with 2-3 years of experience in Control and Audio programming. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of AV control systems, audio programming, and system design. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and configure AV control systems, including but not limited to AMX, Crestron, Extron and Kramer.
• Develop, test, and debug code for AV control systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Program and configure audio systems for AV projects, including BSS, Bi-Amp, ClearOne & QSC.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored AV solutions.
• Create and update system documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and user manuals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV systems, both remotely and on-site.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
• Design AV systems for clients, providing customized solutions that meet their specific needs (added advantage).
• Train clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of AV systems.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in programming AV control systems and audio systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages used in AV control systems (e.g., Crestron SIMPL, AMX NetLinx, Extron Global Scripter).
• Experience with audio programming, including DSP configuration and tuning.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow and system design principles.
• Experience with AV system integration, including audio, video, and control systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Crestron Certified Programmer, AMX ACE, CTS) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Ability to design AV systems is an added advantage.
