3. Iterate hero skill effects and balance based on feedback and data.
4. Possess systematic architectural capability for various combat modules, including equipment, talents, etc.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 4+ years of work experience; MOBA hero character design experience preferred.
2. Deep understanding of MOBA games, familiar with hero design and positioning.
3. Proficient in using relevant tools, strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Understand user needs, be conscientious and responsible, possess strong logical thinking, love competitive games, have good teamwork, be proactive and innovative.
5. Possess a strong sense of ownership for the modules responsible for, and sufficient stress resistance.
