This Senior Depot Replenishment Planner role at Unilever involves two key areas: Depot Service Lead and Process Excellence. - Monitor and manage inventory levels at the depot.
- Ensure stocks are at optimal level while maintaining a balance view on warehouse capacity.
- Review warehouse capacity to support demand growth.
- Lead KPI governance for depot together with logistics and DRP team.
- Support the CX performance governance meeting and prepare the performance dashboard and analytics.
- Bring insights into operational teams to focus on key areas for improvements.
- Support with setting up improvement processes.
- Drive for standardization and simplification across processes through data and digital enablers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team for standardization and simplification.
- Ensure best practices are documented and shared.
Job Description
Job Title: Senior Depot Replenishment Planner
Location: BGC Office, PH
The role has two main responsibilities – Depot Service Lead and Process Excellence.
As depot service lead, this role is the focal point that ensures that excellent service is delivered from depots by working with the cross functional team. The role entails collaboration with the Depot Planning team in the hub for replenishment and with the Logistics team for execution. This role balances leadership, technical expertise, and process management to ensure smooth flow of goods and deliver high service from the depots.
The other part of the role as process excellence is responsible for supporting the transformation agenda of the customer service team. This includes performance management, process and operational improvement through data and digital enablers.
Job Summary

Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business/Management
- At least 3 years of Customer Service, Planning or other Supply Chain Related Functions with E2E supply chain understanding Plan, Source, Make, & Deliver.
- Experience in delivering day to day operations and driving change / transformation in the operations handled
- Experience in working with and delivering through cross functional teams
- Strong communication, influencing (verbal and written), interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, lead, and deliver results through virtual networks.
