Job Description

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for its Marketing Creative Team in Montreal. This role involves shaping the visual identity of Behaviour's IPs and campaigns, leading the creation of high-impact design assets across multiple platforms, and ensuring brand consistency. The designer will collaborate with art directors and PM teams, mentor junior designers, and manage multiple projects to elevate the company's brand presence and support strategic marketing initiatives in the video game industry.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in the video game industry or entertainment marketing.
  • Familiarity with branding for IPs and licensed products.
Must Have:
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Associate Art Director and other graphic designers to define and execute visual strategies.
  • Collaborate and communicate closely with the PM team to ensure smooth delivery of the assets.
  • Design and produce a wide variety of marketing assets: key art, logos, presentations, promotional materials, social media visuals, and more.
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and final executions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop tailored design solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a creative agency or studio environment.
  • A strong and polished portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and campaign work is required.

In this role you will :

  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Associate Art Director and other graphic designers to define and execute visual strategies.
  • Collaborate and communicate closely with the PM team to ensure smooth delivery of the assets.
  • Design and produce a wide variety of marketing assets: key art, logos, presentations, promotional materials, social media visuals, and more.
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and final executions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop tailored design solutions.

What we are looking for :

  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a creative agency or studio environment.
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Demonstrates strong project leadership and fosters effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams by actively to identifying opportunities for improved synergy and collective success.
  • A clear understanding of workload priorities, proactively identifies potential blockers, and takes initiative to address them before they impact progress.
  • A strong and polished portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and campaign work is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in the video game industry or entertainment marketing.
  • Familiarity with branding for IPs and licensed products.
