Senior Research Executive

What You’ll Do

Market Research & Insight Development

• Dive deep into client needs, designing bespoke research studies that uncover meaningful insights.
• Leverage YouGov’s cutting-edge tools to track trends, consumer behaviors, and market shifts.

Project Management & Execution

• Lead end-to-end research projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery.
• Work cross-functionally to meet deadlines, manage resources, and exceed client expectations.

Data Analysis & Strategic Storytelling

• Transform complex data into compelling, actionable reports that drive business decisions.
• Identify key patterns, emerging trends, and opportunities to help clients stay ahead.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the research process and helping them interpret results.
• Build long-term relationships, ensuring our insights deliver real-world value.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment alongside talented colleagues.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, or consulting.
• Excellent communication skills—able to turn numbers into narratives.
• Passion for understanding consumer behavior and industry trends.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 3+ years in marketing research or a related field.
• Proactivity: You enjoy exploring new approaches, tools, or projects.
• Data Analysis: Comfortable with numbers, you quickly identify key insights.
• Collaboration: Known for your team spirit and approachability.
• Organization: You can prioritize and structure tasks effectively.
• Communication: Clear and concise in simplifying complex concepts.
• Languages: Fluent in French and proficient in professional English (B2-C1 level).

2. A discussion with Stéphanie, your future manager.
3. A written or oral test (approximately 1 hour) to assess your understanding of market research.
4. A final interview with Camille, Head of the Research Team.
