Job Description

The Solutions Consultant will be the technical counterpart to the sales team, participating in sales meetings, assessing client needs, and conducting product demonstrations. The role includes providing product knowledge support to the Sales Team during pre-sales discussions. The candidate will work with external clients, managing diverse tasks and deadlines. They will craft cloud integration solutions for various eCommerce systems, develop sales materials, be the voice of the customer, and offer feedback to the product engineering team to determine the optimal way to position our products and services in the market.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines
  • 3+ years of enterprise software/technical consulting experience
  • Experience with an ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience in a multichannel eCommerce environment.
  • Experience with complex workflow automation/integrations.
  • Understanding of integration technologies (SOAP, REST, EDI, etc.)
  • Experience with Integration or iPaas Solutions
Good to have:
  • Technical background (understanding of technology)
  • Prior experience or involvement in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Multi-language speaker preference beyond English (Spanish, Portuguese, German or French)

We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant who will serve as our sales team's technical counterpart. This candidate will help with sales meetings, scope client requirements, and run product demonstrations. The Solutions Consulting team also provides product knowledge support to the Sales Team as part of presales discussions for new and existing customers.

Preferred Requirements

  • A technical background is preferred but not necessary. We’re not looking for someone to code, but someone who understands technology well, and can speak credibly.
  • Prior experience or involvement in sales or other customer facing roles

What would you do, if hired?

  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with external clients, handling a variety of different tasks simultaneously, prioritizing open issues, and be capable of managing multiple deadlines.
  • Work independently, and as part of a larger team, to utilize your industry experience and creativity in crafting cloud integration solutions for multiple eCommerce systems, including but not limited to most ERPs, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, eBay, QuickBooks, Zoho, Zuora, and Amazon ecosystems.  
  • Contribute and develop sales enablement collateral and presentations for our products and solutions. This role provides critical support to our Sales Representatives.  
  • Be the voice of the customer internally helping shape our products
  • Offer feedback to our Product engineering team on current trends and product enhancement planning
  • Determine the optimal way to position our products and services in the market

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplines
  • At least three years of combined industry experience in at least one of the following areas: enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering/ solution consulting
  • Prior experience with an ERP.  Oracle NetSuite, SAP (Business One, By Design or S4 HANA)  and Microsoft ( Dynamics or F&O)  are preferred
  • Prior experience administering a multichannel online eCommerce environment to include but not limited to 3PL, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Amazon, Shopify, Magento 
  • Experience with complex workflow automation, integrations between cloud applications or between cloud and on-premise applications
  • Understanding of integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, EDI, Databases, Data Warehousing, API Publication and Web Services
  • Prior experience with Integration or iPaas Solution (Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, ect…) 
  • Multi language speaker preference beyond English for  (Spanish, Portuguese, German or  French)
