Key activities involve configuring audit compliance tools, performing critical path analysis, implementing continuous monitoring through technology, and proficiently using key tools to support program operations. This includes defining program scope, objectives, and deliverables; creating and maintaining program plans with workstream leaders; tracking progress; managing risks; and communicating status transparently.

This role requires a dynamic individual adept at facilitating planning and status meetings among experts, actively identifying risks, resolving issues with stakeholders and executives, coaching teams to achieve workstream objectives, and ensuring seamless project execution from initiation to closure. Additionally, the role involves advanced technical skills to support a smart PMO environment and configure audit compliance tools, perform critical path analysis, implement continuous monitoring through technology, and proficiently use of key tools to support Program operations. Key activities include:
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate program team meetings and planning events.
• Create and maintain a program plan with workstream leaders that supports critical path analysis for key dependencies.
• Identify roadblocks early and manage mitigation individually.
• Track program progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate program status transparently with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control, manage changes, and oversee workstream and program closure.
• Maintain GRC workflow configurations to support control performance, testing and reporting in the system of record for the program.
• Allocate and manage resources, leveraging program management software for analytics and budget adherence.
