ABOUT THIS JOB:
Candidates for our SAP support team are currently looking for industry-leading SAP Basis- HANA professionals with hands-on experience. The applicants must have strong experience in administering SAP applications (i.e. SAP Basis, Portal, BW, Netweaver, etc.), and experience with running SAP on cloud (Azure).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use relevant professional experience with SAP OS/DB Migrations and S/4 Conversion and expertise in architecting and supporting solutions around SAP ecosystems and Cloud.
- Ability to install, configure, maintain and support diverse SAP Landscape (Like S4HANA, ECC, Portal, Gateway/Fiori, BOBJ, BODS, SLT, Solman, PO, SRM etc.)
- Responsible for performance tuning, System copies/Refreshes, client copies, Stack updates, etc.
- Prior experience in providing technical expertise for resolving escalated issues and participating in P1 issue calls & crisis resolution meetings as necessary.
- Participate in providing 24x7 support on a rotational basis to ensure the operations of these critical systems for different customers.
- Building PoCs on the latest technologies.
- Contribute to building Tools & Accelerators.
- Publish White papers, KB Articles, and conduct Webinars in relevant technologies.
- Previous experience with creation, support and integration of SAP Systems HW and SW into Azure and supporting infra and network application configurations.
